王小龙（1996—），男，中共党员，甘肃瓜州人，国际地图制图协会地理空间语义与本体专业委员会副主席，国家公派中奥联合培养博士研究生（中国：兰州大学、奥地利：Technische Universität Wien），本硕就读于兰州交通大学，师从闫浩文教授。
主持完成国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目1项、完成甘肃省优秀研究生“创新之星”项目1项，合作出版专著1部，发表论文30篇，其中第一作者８篇，SCI、SSCI收录6篇（第一作者收录3篇），EI收录７篇（第一作者收录３篇），取得国家发明专利５件。
荣获自然资源科技进步奖一等奖、詹天佑铁道科学技术奖专项奖、第十届全国“高校GIS新秀”奖、国家奖学金等多项奖励，并被授予甘肃省优秀毕业生荣誉称号，硕士学位论文被评为兰州交通大学优秀硕士学位论文。先前从事于矢量空间数据的加密研究，现集中于微地图定向智能制图研究。受邀担任国际期刊Journal of Geovisualization and Spatial Analysis、Transactions in GIS的审稿人。

Brief Introduction:
Xiaolong Wang (1996–), Male, who is a vice chair of commission on geospatial semantics and ontology in international cartographic association, Chinese-Austrian joint doctoral researcher under the National Study Abroad Program (China: Lanzhou University; Austria: Technische Universität Wien). He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Lanzhou Jiaotong University, where he was mentored by Professor Yan Haowen during his master’s studies.
Dr. Wang has independently led a project under the China Scholarship Council for High-Caliber Universities and a provincial-level “Innovation Star” project in Gansu Province. He has published one monograph and 20 academic papers, with six as the first author. His work includes six SCI/SSCI-indexed papers (three as the first author) and six EI-indexed papers (two as the first author). He has also been awarded four national invention patents.
Dr. Wang has received numerous honors, including the First Prize of the Natural Resources Science and Technology Progress Award, the Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award (Special Award), the 10th National "GIS Rookie" Award, the National Graduate Scholarship, and the title of Outstanding Graduate of Gansu Province.
